Just a note to self.....because it says chewable does not mean it tastes good...chewable just means chewable. My "chewable" vitamins taste really bad and smell worse. I gag everyday when it is vitamin time. Maybe I will revert to childhood and refuse! . I couldn't do prenatals either. Would you know the one thing I don't like to taste is the thing you need every day.....things that make you go hummmm.

Ok, I know I am bit early with just over 20 days to go, however, what do I need to pack for my adventure? I would like to know the important and not so important things to remember. I am only going to Nevada, so I can send the hubby out for things I forgot, if needed. I appreciate any answers. All of you have been a great help on this forum, even if I lurk and read mostly!

Patience to wait until 12/5.... Not so much
Now to start checking out protein and supplements... Not much of a shake person, any suggestions?

I have thighs like tree trunks.... Not Aspens....Sequoias... The really old ones. After gastric sleeve, will the sequoias turn at least into pine trees? No amount of leg exercises reduce these things. I have looked at the before and after shots and it looks to me like you all had normal thighs to start with.
I am still going through the pre process... 1 more PCP visit and my Psych eval to go!
