so it's been 2 months since surgery - I am down 38 pounds and I took measurements today and here are the results
Chest was 51 inches now 49 inches, -3 inches
waiste was 46.5 now 43.5, -3 inches
hips was 54 now 49, -5 inches
thighs was 30.5 now 26, -4.5 inches
upper arm was 18 now 15.5, -2.5 inches
calf was 17.5 now 16, -1.5 inches
top of knee was 20 no 18.5, -1.5 inches
neck was 15.75 now 15, -.75 inchs

I think that's pretty good for 2 months out and am please with my results! I will try and get some pictures on also.

How did everything go with your surgery? How are you doing now? I have done very well but the weight is coming off very slowly.

so surgery was monday, fluids on tuesday, xray on wednesday and came home thursday. won't lie i've been very nauseated but i have not vomited. until today i had only had popscicles and sugarfree powerade. the powerade doesn't seem as heavy as water. all i can say is SMALL sips! today i tried 2 couple bites of vanilla yogurt which did ok (greek has more protien). I also had a few bites of cottage cheese. now keep in mind with I say bites i mean the size of a baby spoon! i'll start with the protien shakes tomorrow.

Surgery went great. didn't sleep much last night - had to get up and pee a lot. a little sore but not bad at all. we came back to the hotel today and I walked the hall now I'm going to try and nap. going back for more fluids at 3:30. everyone is so nice and coming alone has been more than ok - everyone is so helpful!
