I have seen many post both from newbies and long timers, in which they are struggling and asking for advice on stayin on track or getting back on track. For some for us it is easier than others. Hi wonder if any one can help! I am four months out and just recently my tummy seems to have swollen and be rather tender. It feels uncomfortable rather than painful. I have introduced some milk products back into my diet after becoming Lactose intolerant so I am stopping them again. Just wondered if any one else has had this problem. I will go see my doc if it's not gone in a couple of days. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

Just over 16 weeks ago I had my op! I have lost 56lbs and life is good. I have never felt as great in my life! This tool has helped me make the most amazing changes to my life. I feel so much fitter physically, socially I now love getting dressed up to go out. My relationship with food has become a healthy one, which is far from where I was post op. Yes I have had to put some work in but it has been made so much easier. To anyone who is in two minds I can say this is the best thing I have ever done

I am five weeks out on puréed foods! My eating consists of :- Breakfast 1 small soya yoghurt with 1 small Banana, 1 small cup of Soya milk blended into a milk shake, with soya protien. Lunch:- medium mug of home made veg soup. Snack:- small soya coffee. Dinner:- 1/4 Small salmon fillet, broccoli, 1/2oz veg cheese blended. Does this look ok? Thanks for any comments :-)
