So I am a week outta surgery and I lay here wondering if I made the right decision... I am not getting all my protein in and therefore I feel hungry alot... I am having trouble getting the protein shakes down, just came to realize they have a bad taste!! I am a picky eater so that is not helping things... need help on breakfast, just can't seem to get my protein in for breakfast without shakes... I hate eggs so that is out...
