Hello All ! Just wanted to share, I am 5 months pregnant and gaining weight. I must admit that while I am very excited that we are having our first girl of 3 boys , I am very upset that the scale is going the wrong way.

I am 12 pounds from my goal and 15 mos post op ! Help anyone . These last few pounds are killing me! Walking isn't working anymore. Im up to two miles most days and the scale has barely moved in the past 3 mos. Is anyone doing anything special to tone up loose skin?

Of course! I have really focused on protein, and drinking. I know EVERYONE says that, but it did seriously work for me. I am almost to 8.5 months out and I have hit 130 lbs lost. Still have 56 to go to my BMI goal.

Hey Shanique! It normally takes me about 45 minutes to an hour to drink a small shake from Smoothie King, but it's 45g of protein so it's worth it! Good luck if you decide to try it.
