This is week seven for me. I have lost 52lbs have about 120 more to go. I have statred eating regular food. It is a big difference. I can only a small amount of food at a time. Still can not drink and eat at the same time. I still can not exercise due to knee trouble. Any suggestion?

Ha ya, I feeling much better. Back to work but still have not weight myself. I guess since I have a lot to lose it is not a big consider. Still trying to get this eating habits down. Still on soft food. My jeans are getting loose. I can get on a pair of jeans that I have not been able to get in for over 10 years lol lol. This is week number 4 for me. I feel and looking great.

Hey Thanks 4 the msg I'm not sure what u were asking Me. If u were talking about My weight feeling like it was up & down after surgery, Yes I had days I felt that way. I don't weigh myself @ home I refuse 2 buy a scale because I'm scared of turning in 2 a "ScaleZilla" like some people I read about. Lol. So I'm only weighed @ the doctors.

Or Did u mean if mentally I felt up or down? This process is difficult & mentally it can get 2 u. So the first few weeks were hard & had my good & bad days dealing with the small amount of food or lack of that I was able 2 eat. I felt over welmed with everything @ times but ones I got 2 soft food I was good. I'm doing well & have NO regrets. Keep up the great work u got this!!!!! Blessings in your Journey
