Congrats on your progress. How are you coming along. At 2.5 years out, I'm finding the hardest part is maintaining but I continue to work hard. I can now eat more at least a small saucer of food. I have to strive to make good choices. I've worked too hard to get to this point. Just sending you words of encouragement. I tell myself that eating the junk food does not make me nearly as happy as being healthy feels.

Are you going to Dr. Almanza also? I'm a BIG "Team Almanza" Fan! I did not know my picture was on his site. I have to go look How is your friend doing post op? Do they post here? You are going right around the time my youngest daughter should be going. Yolanda I presume? Glad to meet you. Wishing you the best of luck with your surgery. I have been told that Dr. Valenzuela is one of the best Mexico doctors down there. Who are you going thru for your coordinator? I have Cindy and she is like an old friend now. I will post when I get back home from surgery, and let you know how it went.

Thank you..I feel great had my surgery on 7/2/2013 and I would do it again if I had to do so. Im feeling better now than ever. Its a the best thing I could have done for the myself.

I do feel great. I feel sore when I overdo things, but other than that I feel 10 years younger. Thank you.
