Sorry! Just realized that I posted my reply to my own page, not yours...DUH! Here's my response from Sunday:
I am very sore today. Had some gas pain Wednesday when I woke up after surgery but that went away by evening after I walked a bit. Yesterday was pretty good but today I am very sore. Have had no dry heaving & have been able to keep everything down, although all I've had is broth, jell-o & water. Will start protein shakes tomorrow.

Went back to work today & am feeling pretty good. Having trouble getting protein shakes down but if I mix it thicker like a pudding I can tolerate it much better. Hope you are doing well!

How are you feeling I had my VSG the same day too, 7/17. I feel so much better today than the first two days afterwards. Looking forward to having a little more energy, and skeptical about starting full liquids tomorrow...I want to take it slow so I continue to feel good.

Hi. I had my sleeve done by Dr O in May and feel phenomenal. Best gift ever to me. I can eat anything, have no food cravings which is the biggest plus for me. I feel like I just found the absolute cure for being overweight. Awesome. Pounds are dropping of consistently. I'm at 36lbs since May 14 and can really see it progressing when I really watch and be sure I have all of my 70g of protein and drink, drink, drink. I had a 2ek lull awhile back for about 2 wks then re-evaluated my protein ( I wasn't getting it all), increased my intake, drank more water and they came off fast!!

Hi hope everything went well! I too am having surgery by Dr Patel, Dr O's associate. Curious to know how you made out with the surgery and the hospital stay. Any tips would be appreciated. I am having my surgery on August 1st.(pending insurance approval).
