How i lost 156 lb in 6 month .........

Loosing weight is something that i've been dreaming of for years ... After i had done my surgery , moments of regret immediately appear as i cannot eat and drink like i use to .....
The first 4 weeks after surgery really challenge me . Everytime i eat or drink , i will vomit n feel sad . Family members also feel uncomfortable as they are trying hard helping me to get something to drink because they afraid that i might get dehydrated . As for me myself , at that point of time , i feel
