Three months out and who would of thought of catching a case of strep throat? I couldn't eat anything for two days. That was fine as the medication worked I healed and I wasn't really hungry. Fast forward a day and then I start vomiting from 11pm to 5am. Next day same thing starts at 11ish but ended quickly. I missed 2 days from work and went to the dr. She tells me it's an intestinal virus. Then tells me to slowly introduce carbs, protein, veggies, then fruit lastly milk. Can I tell you

Some fun with the sleeve. I just had to share a few things. I learned that I have lost enough weight to wrap a bath towel around me. A regular one and not the beach towel. Ha ha ha. I used to wear a 22/24 and today I bought a size 16. They are snug but I could pull em up over my butt. They should fit nicely in a few weeks. I am able to take off my wedding rings without freezing my fingers and greasing them up. That is exciting!!! I am learning to listen to my tummy and not my head. Most of all I

My two month anniversary is quickly approaching. I am down 46 pounds and two clothing sizes. I still have a lot to go but I am inching closer to my goal. I set my first goal at 50 pounds. I am going to get a massage when I reach that goal. I haven't even thought about the 100 pound mark. It will come though. I am trying to find a good balance with the water and food. I am getting better. It has been such an adjustment. I love bread but can't eat it, pasta either. However, I feel so much

Hello all,
Just a little update. I am feeling a bit frustrated. I have been following the recommendations of the dr and got to say the weight loss has slowed a lot. Have any of you had this experience? Tomorrow is my three week post surgery and I am down quite a bit but haven't lost much since my two week. I think I need to hide the scale.
I am getting frustrated with my hubby because he is always trying to get me to eat when I am not hungry or have had my meal

I am getting ready to head into the Dr.s for my two week check up. So far the weight loss has been amazing. However, I have not lost anything for two days. I am sure that is nothing to worry about but, you know how it is. Watching my hubby eat has been uggg! I wanted his spaghetti so bad. It is my favorite meal. I want to thank all you inspiring people here for sharing your story. They keep me on track and going in the right direction. Have a blessed day. I hope to bring back good news.
