dehydration

I had the sleeve June 5,2013, yesterday I was lightheaded and my heart was pounding. I went to the Dr's and found I was dehydrated. I was sent home after 3 bags of fluid now today my tummy is all jittery no matter what I drink and still having slight heart palpitations. Is this normal or should I go to the Dr or ER?
