I am now 14 months out. I am actually a little below my goal weight. I feel great. The surgery was hard and so was my recovery but I can honestly say that I am glad that I did it. I have had no difficulty staying this weight. I have been this weight for eight months. I am one of those that does not follow the rules well. I eat pretty much anything that I want. I have a little difficulty with rice and bread. I would recommend this surgery to anybody.

I had my surgery on Friday. I had read stories about some people having and easy time and others having a hard time. Well,,, I had a really hard time. Just about everything that could go wrong did. But now I am 5 days out and feeling much better. Honesty, if I had known it was going to be that bad I never would have done it. But hopefully it is like giving birth and I will forget about it eventually.
