    That's great news! I'm doing really good. I went Thursday for my two week check and I'm down 16 lbs, 24 since I started losing before surgery. I got to start phase 2 yesterday. I'm not eating very much because I'm sort of scared.

    Hi Pam! How is everything going? How are you feeling? I went to the group class this past tuesday and got my surgery date....Tuesday, Aug. 6!! I'm very excited. He said I needed to lose 2 lbs more as well. So I am working on that. I hope you are doing well.
