Well Three months ago today I had VGS and I am SO GLAD I did. If you are reading this and wondering if you should the answer is YES if you 1. Want a Better LIFE!! 2. Feel Better about YOURSELF 3. Tired of Yo Yo dieting.

I am now 7 weeks post op and here is my story.. I looked for a the corporate site. But this is a great start. Last night my family visited the Chili's in Glendora CA. What a wonderful experience it became from a very rough start. Knowing that this location is very busy and remembering that they have call ahead reservations we called ahead. We arrived at the resturant right at 645 pm like we were told by the employee that answered the phone. We checked in and were told it would be a 20-30 min wait.

I See so many posts about the pre op diet and headaches and feeling hungry and worried that you cant do it.
What helped me was I knew this was going to be a problem so I started slowly removing foods from my diet 10 days prior and allowed my body to get ready for this. If you get less notice than use the days prior to remove the fatty foods and caffine from your system. Smaller more frequent meals and this gives you an opportunity to taste some shakes and other approved post op treats.
