I feel like I have lost my way. I know that sounds sooo cliche but I honestly do. I see myself making all the wrong choices when it comes to what I eat. Given I know I can't eat much of it but it still is bad choices. I stopped excersizing. Just hate hate myself right now I still lost about 5lbs this past 3 weeks but I'm looking at all your successful stories and I know I could be doing so much better. I need my motivation back. Are y'all crushing your medication? I'm taking thyroid medicine and I'm crushing it. I'm soposed to right?

Omg I was bending down to put my baby on the floor and I felt like something rip on one of my incisions not on the outside but the inside. Is that bad? Has this happened to anyone it's now tender when it wasn't before. My doctors not there till Monday. Do I need to go to the hospital. It doesn't really hurt. Just freaked out. It's so weird! Ugh hope its not serious. The outside is fine. It had to be on the inside.
