Finally under 300lbs

I'm 7 months out and I can finally say that i'm under 300lbs. Thats the first in over 17 years. I actually cried on Saturday when i go on the scale and it said 295 lbs. I'm so blessed and thankful for my sleeve. This has been the best decision and opportunity i could have ever made in my life. It has been hard but i'm trying my best. I can now actually do things with out being tired and i can see my colar bone and my sholders and knees feel so small when i touch them. I'm just amazed at how far
wanting to snack

I've been noticing for the last 2 weeks that i've been wanting to snack more. I know it was my cycle time so i was blaming it on that well this week it is gone and i'm still wanting to snack. i dont want to go back to my bad habits. Does anyone have any suggestions or has anyone else experice the same thing?
5 months post op

I'm 5 months post op and i'm trying to figure out if i'm on target. I dont go back to my doctor until my 6 month check up which is in Dec. I'm 82lbs down since the day of surgury (394 weight day of surgury. i'm now 312) so i'm wondering if i'm on target or should i have lost more. I'm really trying hard to hit my 100lb goal before i go back to my 6 month check-up.

Weighed this morning and only lost 2lbs from last week. I hope and pray im not about to stall. I've lost a total of 37 post op but have many more lbs to go. Starting to worry.
5 weeks today...

Today is my 5 weeks to be exact from my surgery. Time is really flown. I met with my Dr this morning i'm down 35lbs since surgery. I was actualy expecting it to be more but i'm thankful for what ive lost so far. The past 2 weeks have been slow. I'm hoping and praying it will pick back up. He saids it will he also told me to get in more protein and work out like crazy. I'm all out of suggestions for protein. Any suggestions will help.
