Ok does anyone have Ideas on getting exercise in? I have 3 kids and its winter. I don't have a babysitter, so I can't join a gym but I've lost 95lbs and really need to tone and burn this fat. Please help I am very unhappy with the skin and I know I need exercise for a healthy life. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Question I know this is a lil off topic but I was sleeved in August and Ive been having extreme pregnancy symptoms, Cramping, nausea, sensitivity to smells etc. Problem is I was clamped 2 years ago and shouldn't even be pregnant. Has anyone ever heard of this? I took a test that showed negative but I think it was to early to take. I have 3 kids so Im very familiar of the signs. What is going on? Anyone have any insight?

Well Im doing well, having posted anything in a while. Im down 81lbs, cant wait to reach a 100lb down. I know it will be here soon enough. Still can't hardly eat that much but guess that's a good thing. My advice is be patient there will be stalls....do not get upset or depressed it will start again. Believe me this is a new life change, but an absolutely amazing one. Good luck on everyones journey!

I'm am so thankful for my sleeve, it is totally changing my life for the best! I am now down 75lbs total, I was sleeved 9 wks ago, I lost 38lbs since surgery and the rest was during the 6mths of classes prior to surgery. I've never had nausea since the first wk after surgery. I still can't eat alot which I'm happy about.
Also just added updated before and after pics!
