Waiting for my letter

I'm trying not rush my doctor but OMG i've been waiting for 2 weeks for her to write my letter. How do you subtly rush a doctor?
As soon as I get this letter they're going to submit it to my insurance company and this waiting is driving me crazy.
Sleep Apnea

Has anyone else been told they have sleep apnea. I was kind of annoyed when they told me because it pushes back my appt date. Is this something that most big people have and just don't realize it. I'm kinda freaking out about this CPAP machine they have to use. Has anyone ever experienced it and how was it?
