That is very insightful abt your relationship w/your father. Hopefully he will be better. My Dad is 70 yo and recently decided he would try to have a better relationship w/my kids. I just need to find a way to forgive him & be ok with that.
On a happier note I am so excited abt having surgery soon. I keep on the path the dr recommends, eating small portions, sipping water & exercising daily. Soon I shohld be seeing better results.

Hi Also a cool mom. Lol sorry bad joke.
Anyway dinner w/Dad was weird. He was doting on my kids, he &I barley spoke. He didn't enjoy eating and said he had to leave after an hour. Which was fine w/me. I wasn't able to eaf anything execpt a protein shake after he left. All I know is I am set not to see bim again until November. The ironic part is I adore my Dad I am not willing to change just so he'll love/approve of me.
