Well I really don't know what else to say but WELL H**l! I don't know what is going on. Since surgery on 8/28/13 I have lost 23 lbs. That is 8 weeks on Wed. Being on the bigger side at 330 on day of surgery I was hoping for better. How do you all do it? I hear a lot of you talking about you can barely eat 1/2 cup at a time and 600 - 700 calories a day. Well that ain't me folks. I have no problem eating anything and I can eat 1000 calories a day easy. I don't go over 1000 but I can eat 1000.

Well it is happening so weirdly but today I am under 300. My surgery was Aug 28th and as of today I have lost 21 lbs. But I have lost 4 inches of my waist and 4 inches off my hips. I have lost but you can not tell it on the scale. I was so glad to see 299. That was my first goal just to get out of the 300's. Next goal is 275. I was hoping to be there by the time we leave on our cruise on Nov 18th. Not sure I will make that but will be happy with where I am either way. Thank you all for the

Pain is non existent where the surgery is concerned. Some of my other aches and pains are much better. Knees don't give me as much trouble and my feet

Well tomorrow will be 3 weeks since surgery. I started this journey at 350 and was 320 the day of surgery. 1st week post op lost 10 lbs. And nothing since (well except for part of a pound). Really not understanding to much. At 308 (said 309 this morning) and 5' 10" I have always been able to lose 2 - 3lbs a week at 1600 calories and walking 1 mile (just 1). Now at 700 - 800 and walking 1 mile I am not losing any. This is really beginning to get frustrating. I have a fitbit that keeps

Can't believe it has only been two weeks. Did great the first week lost 10 pounds. Then had issues with my BP but that seems to be better. But I have lost nothing since in fact my scale says I have gained 1 pound. My clothes fit better I have lost 40 lbs since the beginning of this journey in late June. Eating well. On pureed and able to tolerate everything I have tried so far. Having trouble getting in my protein but not to bad. Drinking plenty and my calories are in the 700 to 800 range
