I am doing excellent. I can bascially eat and drink anything that I want, granted in much smaller portions that I used to - although I seem to eat much more than people on here describe, but my doctor says I am doing everything right (I eat probably between 6 - 10 oz depending on the food density at a sitting). I have lost 8 inches from my waist, and almost 100 pounds since my initial preparation began in March. I go to the gym near daily -- 5 times a week and lift weights, bike, row, run, etc...

I have had only a couple of strange "experiences", one was with apple cider (I am guessing too sweet), and one was with a wine that was being served at a party that I attended (again, I think too sweet). But, I have never thrown up, just get that slimy throat feeling.

My hair seems to be doing good (which I am releived about), and I don't have a lot of loose skin (which I am also releived about). I get my protein in from a combination of Quest bars, and Premier Protein shakes (after trying a billion different combinations this is the mix up that I like). I take chewable vitamins in the morning, and liquid vitamins before dinner to help with absorbtion at the suggestion of my nutritionist (multi, calcium, magnesium, and B-complex).

All-in-all I am a shining success story for this procedure. And, I am very happy. My doctor was great, and I couldn't be more excited putting on smaller and smaller clothes. I recently did a full purge and re-wardrobe.
