1 week out and no weight loss or BM help!!!

Today is day number 8, I went in to surgery at 240.8 and today I'm 239.4, thought I would have lost more weight, especially since I had bad post op nausea that kept me in hospital for 4 days. Plus I'm taking mirlax and glycerin suppository along with warm prune juice.....all I have is gas. Is this normal or should I call my dr? The weight is very surprising?
