    Homework for the weeks ahead
    1. Chew food longer to break it down
    2. Eat slower and give my stomach and head time to communicate when I'm full
    3. Drink less Energy drinks no carbonated beverages
    4. Listen for a "sign" from my body that its FULL
    5. Stress reliever walk, breath, swim - instead of eating...
    6. Relax and Rest as often as possible to get body ready for surgery

    Great tips to go home with and I will keep posing my progress
