almost 28 years old...single mother...medical assistant....i have been over weight all my life...i lost my mother due to a heart attack at the age of 49...i have watched my father waste away due diabetes...i need to have this surgery done so i do not end up like my parents and so my daughter the most important person in my life can learn the healthy way to live life and hopefully stop this cycle in its tracks.... <3 my princess
