    Congratulation on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 by Dr. Sergio Quinones in Mexico and it was the best thing I could have done. I'm.actually starting soft goods 3 days early. I'm hoping for the best but want to be close to home. Just in case I. Don't tolerate it well. I'm not planning on blending anything. Just mushin and chopping it to death. Any suggestions on the best way to cook a chicken Burger to make it tender?
