Hello Iris, how have you been? I'm still working on eating healthy & exercising. Just yesterday I had my first colonoscopy as prescribed by Dr. Fontana & let me tell you being up all night running to the rest room was no fun. But the procedure went fine. After cleaning my colon my loss 3 pounds. Wow! I'll take that. Anyway I would love to hear from you. ttyl Laura

Hi Iris. I haven't heard from you in a while. How are you? I fit into my nieces pants today size 17-18 and I was a size 22. I still haven't bought new clothes yet or weighed myself but I feel a lot thinner.
I'm finally loving my sleeve now. I wish I would have done this sooner but I'm still young and ripe so it's all good hehehe. I can eat many things now and everything is fine and dandy. Hope everything is well on your end

I have been eating everything in site. LOL but of course in tiny small bites. I go to the doc in Oct 16th or 17th...I will weigh myself then. I don't feel I lost weight but my hubby is like how? You're not eating anything lol
