Thank you Dear Friend, I needed to be reminded of that. I walked about 6 miles to work everyday since February, I was able to lose 80 - 85 lbs in 5 months, however I've been in a stall for about a month. I just increased my exercise... Thank you for the wonderful compliment.....

Thank you very much! I'm at home trying to recover now. They had some complications during surgery so I think my recovery will take longer than most. I'm off pain meds already, and dealing with nausea almost all the time (unless I'm eating it seems) but other than that things are looking up!
