    I am doing pretty well. I am still in the pre-op process of trying to lose 31 pounds before I have surgery. I have cut out all carbohydrates and am on protein and leafy vegetables only. I am ready to have the surgery now, and have started to wrap my mind around the whole process. Next month is my last visit before everything goes to the insurance company and we get a surgery date scheduled. I hope you are doing well! Thanks..Tammy
