    Thank you for writing is so nice that you have written... And I learn from everyone who writes. Enjoy your soft food.. Apple purée is amazing and I have learnt to like yogurt.. I never did but its goes down well in the morning ..I can't do eggs any more in any way at all..which is sad as I used to love egg. Hey ho never mind. I don't miss much I just have to catch myself if I am in company eating, as people around you eat so fast.... Each week gets better..with more variety .. Take care love Hev

    Funny thing is Heinz is American and make British baked beans but they don't have them here in the USA!
    I see you not long had your sleeve. I hope you are doing well. I wrote a blog since march about my experiences if you ever want to look ..take care eat drink and sip!

    Congratulation on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 by Dr. Sergio Quinones in Mexico and it was the best thing I could have done.
