    Good morning Naya, yes there are protein shots with 42 grams of protein in each vital. The are wey shots, I ordered mine in a variety pack so that I could see what ones I really liked. Well I cannot stand the orange! Yes, I still have a little discomfort from he tube being down my throat during surgery. This is day 6 for me. Good luck!

    Ok I am finding it hard to get everything in , it feels like swallowing razor blades with some foods. I also had a hernia repair while they there , Other wise I'm doing well!
