Will you share with me what you are eating in your diet? I think I may need to explore a few more protein shake options, I like Isopure, but it tears my mouth up a little. I plan to attend the next support meeting @ SA and I am hopeful to gain some ideas then too. I have a friend who had bypass surgery in May but it is so different with how she is affected by what she eats. I am almost 2 weeks pre op. I feel really good, and almost normal again. TY!
