I'm so sorry that it's taken me so long to respond. My main motivator was that this was my last resort, and I knew if I didn't use this as a tool and do what I was supposed to that I would end up being overweight and unhealthy for the rest of my life. Something just clicked inside of me and I just ran with it. I don't know how else to explain it. I am still struggling, I have to choose everyday to make better choices. Looking at my before pics help too because I never want to go back. Good luck to you. Would love to know how you're doing.
