    I just wanted to stop in and wish you the best for today!! I am praying for you and hope its a very fast and full recovery with no pain!! Remember to try to walk as soon and as often as possible and when the give you water, itty bitty sips constantly. God bless!

    Welcome, there is a lot of good information here, be as informed as you can be and make changes as soon as you can, is my advice, hard but worth it.
