Hi - things went really well. Feeling good. Going for test this morning to check the staples. Not in a lot of pain, just the occasional gas pain here and there. Been up and doing laps around the floor. I am nervous about the diet at home but think everything will be fine. I am educated and know what I need to do.

Hi - thanks for the message. I am very excited. I took vacation this week to relax a bit and next week will be the liquid diet, washing with the hibscus soap and the stuff in the nose. I am excited for the life change. I have been more active already by riding my bike, walking and swimming. It will be nice to do all that with a lighter body.

Hi. Thanks for the message. Things are going well. I find it to be more of a mental thing now with the wanting of food. I feel I want a taste more than anything else. Maybe it is due to the all liquids diet IM currently on. There is not a lot of variation. Overall, I think it is the best decision I have made. I have 2 little ladies and a wife of 14 years I need to be around for! How about you?
