East St. Louis or East Boogie as we called it back in the day used to be my old stomping grounds when my dad was stationed at Scott Air Force Base. I think because I dont have his support going through he just did that to tempt me! you are lucky not to have to do a 10 day liquid. I have had all the broth and popsicles a girl can handle. However, i have made some really crafty broths, cabbabe soup, oxtail soup, beef stew, and chicken soup and I purchased lots of 4oz glad containers and put the broth in the containers and I have froze them so after the surgery i will take them out and warm them up.

Hey Toya my name is Nycia. It looks like we will travel our journey together. My surgery is WednesdayToya, i so understand. I am on my preop diet liquids for 10 days, so sick of protein shakes and soup I can barely stand myself. My husband sent to pick up a pizza REALLY. I am really nervous and scared. Even though i had the lapband 2x this journey is totally different.

Biography:: I am a 37yr old single mother of 2 teens a boy(15) and a girl(13). I am on a lif changing journey; spiritually, mentally, and physically. My last 3yrs has been up and down and has drown me more closer to God. So I'm ready for this change to go along with the rest of my changes. Well I have reached my second goal on my journey. I have finally lost over 100lbs.. Down 103. HW489 SW475 CW385 6Months...
Screw my scale at home it says differently. Im sticking to the scale at the doctors office. .

Its coming off but coming off slow. I have to keep telling myself that a lose is a lose. I guess it gives my body time to catch up so i want have a lot of skin(I guess).. Only 7lbs in a couple of weeks I guess I have to work harder.

A little disappointed. Only down 10lbs in 3 weeks. I guess by me being able to eat a little I may not have those big numbers like I did the first couple of weeks..
But I guess 10 is way better than none..
