- I just turned 30 and I'm feeling like now is the the time more then ever for change! I have lived the first half of my life over weight and I refuse to live the next half (Longer if I have anything to do with it!) the same way. I have been married for 10.5 years, I got married at 19 and haven't looked back since. My husband and I were made for each other and I look forward to 50 more years. My children are in heaven. Marlie Anne would've been 9 years old on Feb. 6th and Jerald Allen would've been 8 on May 19th.
I'm a retail store manager for Carter's Baby and Kids and have been there for 5 years. I also have my own business, Hott Stuff Lingerie, for exclusively plus size woman.

I haven't been back to this site for a while but just thought I'd check up on everyone.
I find it funny that one man on here was kicked off for making comical remarks that made some folks uncomfortable but in knowing that, they have a choice not to read his post. HOWEVER, right on the front page there are nude before and after photos of a womans plastic surgery (she looks great BTW). NIPPLES COOCH AND ALL! Is there a double standard here? Well today marks only 7 more days till surgery. Gah, seems like just yesterday I had 30+ days. It flew by so fast.
At my surgeons office I found out that my Vitamin D level was low. She said a woman my age would need to be around 60 and I am at a 23. She gave me the option to take a daily supplement (along with everything else now....UH NO THANK YOU!) or get a shot in the tush that last a year...YES PLEASE!!!

Ummm so yeaahh. Can anyone say APPROVED!!!!!!After all the HELL that Aetna put me through I get an email this morning from my NUT saying I've been approved and that she wasn't sure who I was talking too but they didnt know what they were talking about.
My surgery date is Oct 9th. Not as early as I was hoping for originally but shit after the last few days I'll be the last to complain about that! It's happening and that's all that matters. Unfortunately I'm usually one that will

Well, after EVERYTHING that I've done and the time I've waited. They are now telling me that I need a Dr. Visit documenting my weight from last year. I have to show that my being overweight has persisted in the last two years (24 Months). And of COURSE I didn't have to go to the Dr at ALL last year. WTF!! I was able to get them weight for 2010 and 2011. I can ASSURE you that I've been overweight for the last 8 years!! GEEZ!
Now I'm in panic mode and am going to do some research

Well its officially been 6 days.... and I've not heard anything from the insurance. I called them yesterday and it was still under review. Unfortunately I was not born with one milligram of patience. I'm a need it now, instant gratification kinda girl. Lets just say my husband has a hard time finding gifts because I normally can't wait for that special occasion (birthday, Christmas etc).
Luckily I have off half a day on Friday and all weekend through Monday and will get to spend
