Hi! Thanks so much for the tip on the hair products! God knows I need something- My hair is about 1/2 inch long in the front of my scalp and it sticks up everywhere! I am just happy to see it's growing back, so I really shouldn't complain. Looks like you had your surgery a month after me- hope you are doing well with your journey!

I paint mine almost every night, that way I won't want to ruin my mani by eating I also reward myself with polish. I just bought a few KB Shimmers and October's Sweet Addictions box (it had Smitten Polish, Bear Pawlish, and Cupcake Polish; all in pink for Breast Cancer Awareness month) to celebrate my 90lb loss
I love Crows Toes! My current favorite brands are probably Literary Lacquers, Lilypad Lacquer, Enchanted Polish, Eat Sleep Polish, and Girly Bits. Are you in any indie polish related groups on Facebook?

Hi, Iam doing well. Thanks for asking. My surgery went well. I had a bilateral mastectomy with immediate reconstruction. They found a microscopic amount of IDC so I am stage 1, but it was do small they could not test it for the ER,PR and HER2 nu. My oncologist feels I need no chemo, no radiation or oral medication as they got clean margins. I am getting fills every week or so which are going fine, some discomfort, but not a huge deal. I have about 20 lb left to lose, down about 85. I need to focus on exercise and sticking to the protein. My primary focus has been recovery for the past couple of months. How are you?

I just call him to check in once a month. Hes 2 1/2 hrs away from Metairie. My weight loss has slowed to maybe a pound a week or so. Every other week is a stall. I guess it doesnt help that I havent started exercising either. I look at it like you do though, a loss is a loss and I am much better off today than I was a year ago:-) Best of luck on your visit.

Thank you so much for thinking of me! I don't come online much anymore because I stay so busy. How are things going for you? Well I hope. I think of you and the other friends here often.
