i started phenphen like a wk and half ago and went from 327 to 314. i am so proud of myself! i have hypothyroidism so its very hard for me to lose weight and i have tried every thing and have spent so much money on stuff that hasnt worked for me . i have to get to 295 before insurance will even discuss paying for it so almost there!!i eat alot healthier now and exercise at least 30 mins a day which is 2 miles for me. i cant wait till i get the surgery its going to be a life changing thing for
