I'm 10days out ive lost 24 lbs including pre op diet. 9 lbs since surgery. ive been worring i wont lose anymore....crazy huh? so far so good with me ive had not nausea or vomiting or complications. like you said knock on wood. i think we lose slower than some of the other people because our bougie is bigger. I cant imagine it being smaller the first week i was lucky if i could drink 20oz of water. Keep in touch.

Hi Bessie sorry for the late response...I haven't been on here for awhile. Yes I went home the same day. I have lost 22 pounds since surgery and 32 total with my pre op diet. I thought it would be more so I'm a little disappointed but everything has been great. I can at anything and I have yet to vomit or have any problems (knock on wood) lol. So you are about 3 days out now huh? How are you doing??

Hi angela. How are you doing? Did Dr. Curry send you home the same day as surgery? How much have you lost? I'm in day 3 of my 14 day preop diet not so bad really. I just cooked a 3 course meal for my fam and stayed true to the diet. So far so good. Hope all is well for you.

Hi Bessie the 22nd will be here before you know it! That is the exciting part because then you know that you are only around the corner! My weight loss has been a HUGE disappointment, I have only lost 10 pounds and it was week 4 for me yesterday. I can't even explain how upset I am about my weight loss!!

Just stopping in to see how you are doing? Hopefully well. I have about 3 weeks till my surgery. Getting really excited this has been an 8 month process for me. I've not done too well on my own diet....I start the pre op diet 7/22.....I've tried to diet some before but only lost a couple of lbs. How's your weight loss?

I had mine on June 14th and I lost 10 pounds on pre op and I have lost 10 pounds since the surgery. I didn't have any complications but this new life is a lot to get used to. I have not had the surgery yet....should be scheduling here in the next week or so. How did your surgery go?

Hi Bessie! My surgery was Jun 14th don't you love Dr. Curry!! I see that you had some complications but how are you doing now? What stage are you on puree, soft foods etc.
