Welcome to the July Sleeve Group. We have been steadily gaining in number, Wooo Whoooo!!! I have been on this site since January and I am so happy to finally be meeting people who are being sleeved the same month as myself. My Surgery is not until the 22nd but I do believe there might be 1 or 2 people on here having their surgery the same day as yours, but I think there are only 3 of us having it in Mexico so far and none with Dr. Alvarez, although I hear he is amazing! I just want to say welcome and please let us know if there is anything we can do for you. I am so looking foward to hearing all about your experience and your success!!

Dr. Alvarez is wonderful! My surgery was text book perfect. Google him. I paid 8700. I paid airfare. Flew into San Antonio TX. The hotel was right there and very nice. Rosie Dr. Alvarez's sister picked me up and took me to Eagle pass TX I stayed overnight in a hotel there..A very nie one. She picked me up the next morning and we went to Mexico. 1 mile in. In the Hospital I had 2 private nurses. Dr. Alvarez is very personable as well as his staff. He emails me weekly to find out how I am doing and if I have any questions or problems. he lets me know when to move on to different phases of the diet. I am very happy with the choice I made. I never had any problems. I feel great! Good luck!

So I'm looking into the gastric sleeve as an answer
