Tell Me About Sugar

Is there anything wrong with having a little sugar? I received some Easter candy and I didn't want to be rude and then I thought what is wrong with a little sugar besides the calories?
CPap Machine

I had surgery Jan 29 and I was wondering how long when I can finally get off the CPap machine. I don't want to call the doctor too early. How long before anyone out there had to wait? I'm sure it wasn't immediate, but I'm down over 30 lbs. and I'm kind of anxious to throw this machine out.
