It's been 4 months for Me,, and yes it was Rough as Hell in the beginning but as of right now I can eat whatever with moderation and I'm down almost 60 lbs and I'm loving it! I don't have a rooster neck I look Good! And you'll be Suprise when u eat something you know u should've not eaten oh believe me ur stomach will let u know! Just listen to ur stomach..let it be your guide to victory! Keep ya head up sleevers we Can Do this!

Ok my good sleevers, I'm Hungry! And looking at Tv is not helping at all. It seems as if, every commercial is some type of Advertising for some new' hot item at some burger joint or pizza! Everything that got me in this predicament, is grabbing my attention! The smell of food. I really need Help. I thought I was going to be stronger than this. I must say, I haven't cheated since I've had the surgery on 4-30-13! But I'm so freaking Hungry!
