How Time Flys....

Hard to believe it's been 12 weeks since my gastric sleeve surgery. I have had a few challenges finding what food agrees with my sleeve and what foods I will be avoiding. My chocolate lover days are over and I really don't miss it. I never thought those words would be uttered from my lips....lol. I have lost 51 pounds since my surgery and 65 pounds all together. There has been a couple of stalls along the way but I know it's just temporary and I WILL get to my goal weight! Slow and steady wins

Surgery Today!!! Yipeee

Hard to believe that today is my surgery day. It's been a whirlwind of emotions the last few weeks leading up to this point. Last night I lay in bed second guessing myself but there is no way that I am turning back. My husband was quite nervous about my surgery until he met a fellow on our ride to Tijuana who had the sleeve done 18 months ago and now his wife is being sleeved as well.
