Help! I am two years post op and have regained 10 pounds!!!

I am in my mid 50's and lost from 250 down to 185 in the first year after my surgery.
My goal weight is between 150-160 lbs. I am 5'6.
I have slowly regained about 10 lbs in the past six months and need to get back in control!
Life happens.
I'd love to connect with anyone who has had a similar experience- the battle is not over!
