Hello. With surgery around the corner I am getting excited but also nervous. I start thinking about some of the items I read on this forum others are going through and wonder if this is the right way. Then I swing the other way that the surgery is going to go great and maybe, just maybe I can be a size 12 by Christmas. How about you??

Thank you Truebody, and the very best of luck to you with your journey I rang my Qld Hospital today as I was curious about cost and they suggested I would be out of pocket ` up to $25,000 with no insurance!!! So I am deffo sticking with Mexico, just need to choose a surgeon now x

Hi there - doing in Perth in 9 days time. I'm privately insured, but will be out of pocket about the same amount as the surgery would cost in Mexico without the flight.
