Well, I had my surgery this past Tues and I feel really good. However, the only side effect I've experienced was my left leg (thigh) has been numb. I called my Dr about it on Frid, and they informed me that sometimes they could've hit a nerve and this is why my thigh has been numb. I've never experienced anything like it. I'm excited that my surgery is approaching (6-18). I've done great with the liquid diet this week. Not too bad, I have to say. Breakfast/Lunch protein shakes and then a light dinner and lots of water. We had a family get together this weekend, which WE in San Antonio and LOVE TO EAT, and I did really REALLY well, didn't eat until my dinner time and drank lots of water and my shakes.
