Hi, I'm so late responding sorry about that.everything has been going very well I'm loving how great I'm feeling back pain is almost not there anymore and I just love getting dress now. Day of surgery I was 271 now 225 went from and 3x shirt to an 1x and 20 pants to a 16 pants. Can't wait to hit 210 that will make it an 100lb lost from my highest weight but goal is still 170-180 since I'm pretty tall lol.your doing amazing congrats

Hi, I'm glad I found someone who used Dr Wai Chau since I will be using him for my surgery on 2/12. I also struggle with the exercise now and know that I need to start getting into the habit of doing it at least every other day! Do you go to the support groups?

Hello everyone! The surgery went well, I did however develop a blood clot in my left calf. Really struggling with not doing much. I dontlike sitting and doing nothing, other than that all is well

Thats good to hear, i still have four months left before I am scheduled for surgery I can't wait. Yes same here I think it's a natural feeling but everything will be okay we're all in great hands
