    Sorry I haven't got back to you have been otherwise occupied with thing but am back. The quinoa with pine nuts raisins, parsley, lemon juice and garlic olive oil- was absolutely delicious! not getting bored with your food and keeping busy is the key to everything! Just follow the directions cooking the quinoa and add the other ingredients cook until it looks and tastes good..

I was expecting more pain.

Had surgery yesterday, getting fluids down, other than gas pains not so bad. Have some codeine on board and it is handling the belly pain nicely.
Going home in an hour or so, can't wait.
