    Congratulation on making the choice to change your life. I was sleeved Jan 12,2013 and it was the best thing I could have done. I am part of a great support group on Facebook.     I'm ok. Heading home from hospital today. Starting to feel little light headed today, if anything felt brighter yesterday.
    All the drips and drains are gone, got my medications sorted and basically on he mend. I don't know how people would go back to work in less than a week. I know I will be too easily tired to manage that.

    Just got home from the hospital and I'm feeling good! I did't have any pain or anything like that. My incisions are feeling a little weird but thats the healing process.

    I don't have to do one. Surgeon only requires if over 40 BMI I was going to stick to a low carb diet from 1 May to give my live a bit of a hand.

    I haven't heard of anything to help except working with weights. The younger you are the better for you.

    So I was wondering how everyone is doing as far as working out to tighten loose skin? I'm so worried about that after my surgery!!!!
