hey, I had my surgery 4/4 . i have been doing really good when I don't pull something on my right side but other then that its been good. I am eating soft foods now which consits of applesauce skinny cow laughing cheese, and Popsicles. So far I have lost 36lbs. What about you?

yes he did, all he keeps telling me is protien drinks.............. I hate them....they taste like chaulk. I am getting so discouraged. I cannot do this protien drink thing. and I lost 9 pounds in 6 days but in my ming I should have lost more. is this normal. is there anything I can eat besides these protein drinks?

Did your doctor give you a plan for post surgery? Like when to introduce soft foods?
